Phishing

This is one of the most common ways criminals steal your information. This often comes in the form of fake emails, text messages, or phone calls that try to trick you into sharing personal information.
Keep in mind, KOHO will never call, text, or email you for your personal details. Always stay vigilant and double check details if something seems off. Learn more about it here.

Personal information

Change your phone number or e-mail? Moved to a new address? If some of your details have changed, make sure you log into the app and update it to help prevent someone else logging into your account. And it makes it easier for you to verify your identity in the future.

Lost or stolen phone

Make sure you immediately:
Open a chat with the KOHO team anonymously (as we will need to verify some details to validate your identity.)
1
Once you have validated your identity KOHO will lock your account.
2
Once you get your new phone you can log into your account and change your password.
