Yes, you can withdraw cash using your physical KOHO card at ATMs on the "Cirrus" network that support Mastercard. You'll typically pay $2-3 in out-of-network fees if you don’t use a KOHO ATM. Extra and Everything members get one International ATM withdrawal per month.
You can withdraw up to $1,510 from ATMs within any 24-hour period.
While you can't deposit cash into your KOHO account at an ATM, you can add cash at any Canada Post location. Simply open the KOHO app, go to the "$" section, tap "Add Money" then "Add Cash," and select "Find your nearest Canada Post location." Bring a government-issued photo ID and show the unique QR code from the app to the clerk to complete your cash deposit.
Yes, you can withdraw your Cover balance at ATMs just like your regular account balance. When you make an ATM withdrawal, the money is first taken from your Spendable balance, and if that's not enough, the remaining amount comes from your Cover balance.
KOHO doesn't support cash deposits at any ATMs, including those from other banks. For cash deposits, you'll need to use Canada Post locations instead.
